目的 研究怀孕大鼠接受咪唑安定对其子代学习记忆功能的影响.方法 怀孕SD大鼠30只,随机分为咪唑安定组(M组)与对照组(C组),各15只,M组经尾静脉给予咪唑安定并维持2 h,C组单次尾静脉给予等诱导剂量的生理盐水;然后分别对其所产子鼠按20日龄、30日龄分组,应用Morris水迷宫实验测试子鼠空间学习记忆功能.结果 20日龄、30日龄M组子鼠与C组子鼠的逃避潜伏期组间比较均无显著性差异.结论 怀孕大鼠接受咪唑安定对其子代学习记忆功能无明显影响.

목적 연구부잉대서접수미서안정대기자대학습기억공능적영향.방법 부잉SD대서30지,수궤분위미서안정조(M조)여대조조(C조),각15지,M조경미정맥급여미서안정병유지2 h,C조단차미정맥급여등유도제량적생리염수;연후분별대기소산자서안20일령、30일령분조,응용Morris수미궁실험측시자서공간학습기억공능.결과 20일령、30일령M조자서여C조자서적도피잠복기조간비교균무현저성차이.결론 부잉대서접수미서안정대기자대학습기억공능무명현영향.
Objective To study the effects of Midazolam during pregnancy on the learning and memory function of rat offspring.Methods Thirty pregnant SD rats were randomly divided into midazolam group(group M)and control group(group C),with fifteen rats in each group.The rats in group M received midazolam via tail vein for 2 hours,and the rats in group C received the same volume of physiological saline solution only.The learning and memory functions of the offspring were tested by Morris water maze test at postnatal days 20 and 30,respectively.Results There was no significant difference in escape latency of the offspring between group M and group C.Conclusion Midazolam had no significant effect on the learning and memory function of rat offspring during pregnancy.
