分析了涤纶纬弹织物染色时加入阻染剂和染色后进行还原清洗对沾色性能的影响.采用4 g/L芳香族磺酸衍生物阻染剂阻染,并加强还原清洗,可有效改善涤纶纬弹织物的耐洗沾色牢度.其还原清洗优化工艺为:强力还原剂GRE 1.5 g/L,温度90℃,时间25 min.在该条件下处理的涤纶纬弹织物耐洗沾色牢度可达4级,其效果明显优于传统还原清洗工艺.
分析瞭滌綸緯彈織物染色時加入阻染劑和染色後進行還原清洗對霑色性能的影響.採用4 g/L芳香族磺痠衍生物阻染劑阻染,併加彊還原清洗,可有效改善滌綸緯彈織物的耐洗霑色牢度.其還原清洗優化工藝為:彊力還原劑GRE 1.5 g/L,溫度90℃,時間25 min.在該條件下處理的滌綸緯彈織物耐洗霑色牢度可達4級,其效果明顯優于傳統還原清洗工藝.

The influence of blocking agent and reduction cleaning on resistance to staining of polyester weft-elastic fabric was studied. It was shown that the performance of resistance to staining could be improved by using 4 g/L blocking agent of aromatic sulfonic acid derivatives and strengthening the reduction cleaning process. The optimal reduction cleaning process was reductant GRE 1.5g/L, and cleaning at 90 ℃ for 25 rain. So better dyeing effects were obtained and color fastness to staining reached 4 grade compared to traditional process.
