脂肪细胞分化是一个由多个转录因子共同调控的复杂过程.这些转录因子包括CCAAT增强子结合蛋白(C/EBP)、过氧化物酶体增殖物活化受体(PPAR)家族、Wnt通路、固醇调节元件结合蛋白(SREBP)等.因此,揭示脂肪细胞分化的细胞和分子机制,将为治疗肥胖和代谢综合征提供重要的理论基础.现综述脂肪细胞分化及参与其调控的各种转录因子.
脂肪細胞分化是一箇由多箇轉錄因子共同調控的複雜過程.這些轉錄因子包括CCAAT增彊子結閤蛋白(C/EBP)、過氧化物酶體增殖物活化受體(PPAR)傢族、Wnt通路、固醇調節元件結閤蛋白(SREBP)等.因此,揭示脂肪細胞分化的細胞和分子機製,將為治療肥胖和代謝綜閤徵提供重要的理論基礎.現綜述脂肪細胞分化及參與其調控的各種轉錄因子.

Adipocyte differentiation is a complex process involving several transcription factors,such as CCAAT/enhancer binding protein family, peroxisome proliferator activated receptor family, Wnt family and sterol regulatory element binding protein family. Revealing the mechanism of adipocyte differentiation has become the theoretical principle of the treatment of obesity and metabolic syndrome. Here introduced adipocyte differentiation and varied transcription factors involved in the regulation of adipocyte differentiation.
