生物化学是医学的重要基础学科之一，由于其理论抽象、概念枯燥、代谢反应复杂，使得许多学生对生物化学的学习产生了畏惧心理。本文介绍了生物化学案例教学模式的构建与实施，主要从教师在运用案例教学时的教学准备、案例教学的实施、教师在实施过程中应当把握的几种关系，以及案例教学本身应当注意的问题等方面进行了阐述，以证实案例教学是生物化学课程教学中值得推广的教学模式之一。

Biochemistry is one of the important basic subjects in medical education, owing to its abstract theories, boring concepts and complex metabolic responses, some students feel fear to biochemistry.This paper discusses the preparation of teachers in case study, the implementation of cases,several relations which teachers should emphasize during the implementation process and several problems in case study and so on, further confirming this method is one of the worthily spreading teaching models.
