目的 观察密骨方对骨质疏松性骨折(OPF)的影响.方法 将90只雌性Wistar大鼠随机分为对照组(Sham),模型组(OVX)与密骨方治疗组(MGF),模型组及治疗组行卵巢摘除术,同时MGF组和OVX组大鼠均致其右侧股骨上1/3处骨折.MGF组按100 mg/(kg·d)的剂量灌胃给药,Sham组和OVX组给予同体积的生理盐水,每日1次,疗程分别为2周、4周、6周,用苏木素-伊红(HE)染色检测骨折端的形态学变化;用放射免疫法测定不同时段血清雌二醇(E2)、骨钙素(BGP)的表达;用生化法测定碱性磷酸酶(ALP)的表达.结果 MGF组血清E2在时间上有显著升高趋势(P<0.05);MFG组血清BGP值在3个时间段有降低趋势,且差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);MFG组血清ALP值总体比较有显著降低趋势(P<0.05).结论 MGF有抑制破骨细胞的活性及促进骨折愈合的作用.

목적 관찰밀골방대골질소송성골절(OPF)적영향.방법 장90지자성Wistar대서수궤분위대조조(Sham),모형조(OVX)여밀골방치료조(MGF),모형조급치료조행란소적제술,동시MGF조화OVX조대서균치기우측고골상1/3처골절.MGF조안100 mg/(kg·d)적제량관위급약,Sham조화OVX조급여동체적적생리염수,매일1차,료정분별위2주、4주、6주,용소목소-이홍(HE)염색검측골절단적형태학변화;용방사면역법측정불동시단혈청자이순(E2)、골개소(BGP)적표체;용생화법측정감성린산매(ALP)적표체.결과 MGF조혈청E2재시간상유현저승고추세(P<0.05);MFG조혈청BGP치재3개시간단유강저추세,차차이유통계학의의(P<0.05);MFG조혈청ALP치총체비교유현저강저추세(P<0.05).결론 MGF유억제파골세포적활성급촉진골절유합적작용.
Objective To investigate the effect of MGF on healing of Osteoporotic Fracture of ovariectomized rats. Methods 90 female Wistar rats were divided randomly into 3 groups: sham-ovariectomy (SHAM) ,bilateral ovariectomy (OVX) and MGF-treatment groups (MGF). Perform oophorectomy operations on OVX and MGF-treatment groups. Fractures were created in the 1/3 right femur of OVX and MGF-treatment groups rats. MGF group, 100 mg/(kg·d) of dosage was administered by gavage, while SHAM and OVX groups,the same volumn of sodium chloride were given once a day,the period of treatment was 2 weeks,4 weeks,6 weeks respectively, using HE staing to detect Morphological Changes of fracture ends;The serum E2 and osteocalcin ( BGP) levels were detected by radioimmunoassay;The contents of ALP were detected by chemical and biological methods. Results MGF group serum E2 increased significantly (P < 0. 05); MGF group serum BGP levels descended significantly during these three periods (P < 0. 05) ; and overall, MGF group serum ALP levels descended obviously (P < 0. 05 ). Conclusion MGF have an Inhibitory effect on the activity of Osteoclast ang accelerate the union of bone fracture.
