用催化化学气相沉积法制备非定向多壁碳纳米管时,利用气体携带水进入反应区域,考察了水对碳纳米管生长的影响,并用透射电子显微镜对其形貌进行表征.结果显示,带入适量的水后,碳纳米管的产率可以得到较大提高,同时对碳纳米管形貌基本不产生影响.但水量太多或太少都会影响所得碳纳米管的产率,尤其当水过多时,还会对碳纳米管的产率产生较大影响.
用催化化學氣相沉積法製備非定嚮多壁碳納米管時,利用氣體攜帶水進入反應區域,攷察瞭水對碳納米管生長的影響,併用透射電子顯微鏡對其形貌進行錶徵.結果顯示,帶入適量的水後,碳納米管的產率可以得到較大提高,同時對碳納米管形貌基本不產生影響.但水量太多或太少都會影響所得碳納米管的產率,尤其噹水過多時,還會對碳納米管的產率產生較大影響.

In order to study the effect of water on disarrayed multi-walled carbon nanotube (MWNT), water was introduced into the process of carbon nanotube growth via catalytic chemical vapor deposition (CCVD) by the gas. The obtained MWNT was characterized by transmission electron microscopy (TEM). The results showed that the suitable amount of water could increase the MWNT yield without affecting the obtained MWNT structure and patterns. Furthermore, the water had its double actions: too much or too little water both affected the MWNT yield and too much water could affect the obtained MWNT yield too much.
