以电熔镁砂和石墨为原料制备CaO含量不同的MgO-CaO-C砖,利用回转法对比了试样抗CaO-SiO2渣性能.结果表明:电熔镁钙砂的加入方式影响抗渣侵蚀及挂渣性能,在CaO含量相同时,电熔镁钙砂全以骨料加入时的挂渣性能较好,而抗渣侵蚀性能较差.只有当电熔镁钙砂骨料与粉料以一定比例加入,即当挂渣性能与抗侵蚀性能均衡时,MgO-CaO-C砖的残厚才最大.
以電鎔鎂砂和石墨為原料製備CaO含量不同的MgO-CaO-C磚,利用迴轉法對比瞭試樣抗CaO-SiO2渣性能.結果錶明:電鎔鎂鈣砂的加入方式影響抗渣侵蝕及掛渣性能,在CaO含量相同時,電鎔鎂鈣砂全以骨料加入時的掛渣性能較好,而抗渣侵蝕性能較差.隻有噹電鎔鎂鈣砂骨料與粉料以一定比例加入,即噹掛渣性能與抗侵蝕性能均衡時,MgO-CaO-C磚的殘厚纔最大.

MgO-CaO-C specimens with different CaO content were prepared using fused magnesia and flake graphite as the starting materials. The slag resistance property of the MgO-CaO-C specimens was studied by rotary corrosion test. The results show that addition way of fused magnesia-calcia affects the property of slag corrosion resistance and slag adhesion. Under the condition of the same CaO content, the property of slag adhesion is better, but the property of slag corrosion resistance is worse when fused magnesia-calcia is adding aggregate totally. Only when the ratio of fused magnesia-calcia aggregate to fused magnesia-calcia powder is optimal,the property of slag corrosion resistance and the property of slag adhesion is balanceable namely, the residual thickness of MgO-CaO-C brick maximal.
