目的 通过观察牙周炎大鼠牙周组织中骨钙素(bone gla protein,BGP)、白细胞介素6(cytokine interleukin-6,IL-6)水平的变化,来探讨大黄素治疗牙周炎的机制.方法 选用100只体重160~200 g Wistar大白鼠,随机分成10组,每组10只.A组:正常对照组.B~J组建立大鼠牙周炎模型.B组:牙周炎对照组.B组在牙周炎造模成功后即与A组一同处死.C、D、E、F组分别于牙周炎模型建立后第1、2、3、4周处死.G、H、I、J组均为大黄素治疗组,分别于治疗后第1、2、3、4周处死,与C~F组形成平行对照.大鼠处死后切取上颌牙周组织块制作标本,评价牙周组织的变化,免疫组织化学方法检测牙周组织中BGP、IL-6的表达.结果 大黄素治疗组大鼠牙周组织中BGP的含量在实验的各阶段均高于对照组(P<0.05),IL-6的含量在大黄素治疗第3周后开始低于对照组(P<0.05). 结论大黄素具有促进牙周组织形成、抑制炎性反应的作用,对牙周炎的治疗具有重要意义.

목적 통과관찰아주염대서아주조직중골개소(bone gla protein,BGP)、백세포개소6(cytokine interleukin-6,IL-6)수평적변화,래탐토대황소치료아주염적궤제.방법 선용100지체중160~200 g Wistar대백서,수궤분성10조,매조10지.A조:정상대조조.B~J조건립대서아주염모형.B조:아주염대조조.B조재아주염조모성공후즉여A조일동처사.C、D、E、F조분별우아주염모형건립후제1、2、3、4주처사.G、H、I、J조균위대황소치료조,분별우치료후제1、2、3、4주처사,여C~F조형성평행대조.대서처사후절취상합아주조직괴제작표본,평개아주조직적변화,면역조직화학방법검측아주조직중BGP、IL-6적표체.결과 대황소치료조대서아주조직중BGP적함량재실험적각계단균고우대조조(P<0.05),IL-6적함량재대황소치료제3주후개시저우대조조(P<0.05). 결론대황소구유촉진아주조직형성、억제염성반응적작용,대아주염적치료구유중요의의.
Objective To observe the effect of emodin on level of bone gla protein and cytokine interleukin-6 in periodontium during experimental periodontitis for its treating mechanism. Methods One hundred 160-200 g Wistar rats were randomized into ten groups,with 10 rats in each group. Group A was used as the normal control.Group B-J were experimental periodontitis model.The rats in group A and B were killed immediately after periodontitis model were established.Group C,D,E and F as the control groups,were fed alcohol as placebo and killed at 1,2,3 and 4 weeks respectively.Group G,H,I and J received the therapy of emodin and were killed at comparable time with group C-F. The level of BGP and IL-6 in the periodontium were measured with immunohistochemistry after the rats were killed.Results The level of BGP in treated group were much higher (P<0.05)than those in the control groups. The levels of IL-6 in group I and J were much lower(P<0.05) than those in the control group.Conclusions Emodin promoted the regeneration of the periodontal tissues and inhibited the progress of experimental periodontitis. Emodin could play an important role in treating periodontitis.
