应船舶模型摆舵运动状态的水动力测试需求,开发出高频动态舵机以及同步测力系统.本测控系统采用"PC+运动控制卡+数据采集卡"的设计方案,依托虚拟仪器技术平台,不仅适用于常规固定设置舵角下的模型水动力测试,而且能使舵按预定的输出曲线动作,并同步进行舵力信号采集和记录.实践证明该系统测量控制效果良好,同时也说明了该系统构建简单,通用性好,集成度高,具有良好的人机交互界面.

Due to the requirement of ship model hydrodynamic testing with the rudder swinging, a high-frequen-cy steering machine as well as synchronous force-measuring system are developed. The measurement and con-trol system applies the "PC + motion control card + data acquisition card", and is based on the principle of vir-tual instrument technology platform. It is not only used for the conventional model-scale hydrodynamic testing with a constant rudder angle, but also makes the rudder swinging according to the predetermined curve. Further more, it can simultaneously measure the force acting on the rudder during test. The application of the system shows the excellence of the measurement and control performance, and the system can be easily built, common-ly used and highly integrated, also has a good hunman-eomputer interaction.
