[目的] 研究温度、氮气流量和氧气浓度3个因素对不同类型烟草热裂解形成羰基化合物的影响.[方法]采用正交试验,研究羰基化合物形成的主要影响因素.[结果] 温度是烤烟、香料烟和白肋烟裂解产生挥发性羰基化合物的明显影响因素;3个因素对烤烟和香料烟裂解产生挥发性羰基化合物的影响规律类似,而对白肋烟的影响规律存在明显差异.[结论]了解不同类型烟草羰基化合物形成的主要影响因素,对于卷烟辅助材料设计有着指导意义.
[目的] 研究溫度、氮氣流量和氧氣濃度3箇因素對不同類型煙草熱裂解形成羰基化閤物的影響.[方法]採用正交試驗,研究羰基化閤物形成的主要影響因素.[結果] 溫度是烤煙、香料煙和白肋煙裂解產生揮髮性羰基化閤物的明顯影響因素;3箇因素對烤煙和香料煙裂解產生揮髮性羰基化閤物的影響規律類似,而對白肋煙的影響規律存在明顯差異.[結論]瞭解不同類型煙草羰基化閤物形成的主要影響因素,對于捲煙輔助材料設計有著指導意義.

[Objective] The research aimed to study the effects of temperature,nitrogen flow and oxygen concentration on the different types of tobacco pyrolysis to generate carbonyl compounds.[Method]The significant factor for carbonyl compounds formation was investigated by orthogonal experiments. [Result] Temperature was the significant factor of flue-cured tobacco,oriential tobacco and burley tobacco pyrolysis to form volatile carbonyl compounds. Three factors had similar impact on flue-cured tobacco and oriential tobacco pyrolysis,while the impact on burley was significantly different. [Conclusion] The main factors influencing generation of carbonyl compounds were clarified,which had a positive significance for the design of cigarettes.
