以白车轴草为原料,提取其花蕾、盛花和衰花中的精油,应用GC/MS/DS技术对其挥发性成分进行分析.结果表明,从花蕾精油中检出并鉴定39种物质(主要成分为烷、醇、酸、醚),其相对峰面积为82.25%;从盛花精油中检出并鉴定52种物质(主要成分为醇、烷、醚),其相对峰面积为68.23%;从衰花精油中检出并鉴定44种物质(主要成分为醇、醛),其相对峰面积为69.72%.
以白車軸草為原料,提取其花蕾、盛花和衰花中的精油,應用GC/MS/DS技術對其揮髮性成分進行分析.結果錶明,從花蕾精油中檢齣併鑒定39種物質(主要成分為烷、醇、痠、醚),其相對峰麵積為82.25%;從盛花精油中檢齣併鑒定52種物質(主要成分為醇、烷、醚),其相對峰麵積為68.23%;從衰花精油中檢齣併鑒定44種物質(主要成分為醇、醛),其相對峰麵積為69.72%.
이백차축초위원료,제취기화뢰、성화화쇠화중적정유,응용GC/MS/DS기술대기휘발성성분진행분석.결과표명,종화뢰정유중검출병감정39충물질(주요성분위완、순、산、미),기상대봉면적위82.25%;종성화정유중검출병감정52충물질(주요성분위순、완、미),기상대봉면적위68.23%;종쇠화정유중검출병감정44충물질(주요성분위순、철),기상대봉면적위69.72%.
With Trifolium repens L. as the material, the essential oils was extracted from its bud, full and downfall flowers, and the volatile components in it were analyzed with GC/MS/DS. The results showed that there were 39 kinds of substance were detected out and identified in essential oils from bud (main components were alkane, alcohol, acid, ether) with relative peak area of 82.25%. There were 52 kinds of substance were detected out and identified in essential oils from full flowers (main components were alcohol, alkane, ether) with relative peak area of 68.23%. There were 44 kinds of substance were detected out and identified in essential oils from downfall flowers (main components were alcohol and aldehyde) with relative peak area of 69.72%.
