This essay introduces in detail the hardware construction of the portable data collector control system based on USB, the connection of the USB controller to the chip processor,and the software design of USB communicator. This control system has been applied to test the mechanics function of the experimental machine. And it proves that the system data has many advantages such as fast speed, immediate reaction, good reliability and high accuracy.
