A key drug intermediate,7-amino-3-vinylcephalosporanic acid,was synthesized from 7-phenylacetamide-3-chloromethyl-3-cepham-4-carboxylic acid p-methoxybenzyl ester by a three-step reaction of Wittig reaction,hydrolysis and enzymatic hydrolysis.The total yield was 71.2%.The structure was characterized by ~1H NMR and IR.
