典型的Boost ZVT-PWM电路的主开关管实现了软开关,但辅助管仍工作在硬关断.提出了一种新型Boost ZVT-PWM电路,分析了电路的基本原理,研究了其在不同占空比、开关频率和负载条件下的传输效率,并根据光伏电池的特性将该电路应用于光伏发电的最大功率追踪系统.实验结果证明新型Boost ZVT-PWM电路的主开关管和辅助开关管均实现了软开关.提高了电路的传输效率并体现了其在光伏系统应用中的优势.

The main switch in the typical Boost ZVT-PWM circuit achieves soft switching,but the auxiliary switch is still working in the hard turn-off.A new Boost ZVT-PWM circuit is propesed,the basic principles of circuit are analyzed,and its transmission efficiency under different duty cycle,switching frequency and load are researched,also this circuit is applyed to photovohaic MPPT system according to the characteristics of photovohaic cells.The experimental results prove that the main switch and auxiliary switch in the new circuit achieve the soft switching,and it can improve the transmission efficiency of the new Boost ZVT-PWM circuit and show its application advantages in photovoltaic system.
