采用花粉离体培养法研究了5种植物生长调节物质对金光杏梅花粉萌发和花粉管生长的影响.结果表明,较低浓度的赤霉素、6-BA、2,4-D能促进杏梅花粉萌发和花粉管生长,但超过一定浓度时起抑制作用,最适宜花粉萌发和花粉管生长的浓度范围是赤霉索25~100 mg/L、6-BA 12.5~25 mg/L、2,4-D 0.5~5 mg/L.NAA和多效唑对杏梅花粉萌发和花粉管生长有抑制作用,抑制程度随其浓度的提高而增强,但多效唑在0~50 mg/L浓度范围内对花粉管生长有促进作用.

The effects of five plant growth regulating substances on pollen germination and tube growth were studied by using in vitro pollen culture in Jinguang plum.The results showed that gibberellin,6-BA and 2,4-D stimulated pollen germination and tube growth when they were in their lower concentrations,but they would inhibit pollen germination and tube growth when they were in their higher coneentrations.The most suitable concentrations that stimulate pollen germination and tube growth were gibberellin 25~100 mg/L,6-BA 12.5~25 mg/L and 2,4-D 0.5~5 mg/L.NAA and paclobutrazol inhibited pollen germination,and the inhibitory effect became stronger with the concentration increasing.But it had stimulating effect on pollen tube growth when the concentration of paclobutrazol Was 0~50mg/L.
