目的探讨冠状动脉造影术并发症的原因分析、预防及处理对策.方法 2 418例患者接受冠状动脉造影(CAG),观察其术中、术后并发症,分析其并发症发生的原因以及防治方法.结果经桡动脉穿刺点和(或)前臂血肿6例,经股动脉穿刺部位单纯血肿19例,假性动脉瘤12例,血管迷走反射5例,肾功能损害3例,严重心律失常3例,导管打结2例,外周血管闭塞1例.术后各并发症经观察和及时处理,患者均治愈出院.结论对冠心病介入诊治术后并发症的患者进行严密观察和规范化处理,可以控制并发症进一步发展,减少和避免严重并发症的出现.
목적 탐토관상동맥조영술병발증적원인분석、예방급처리대책.방법 2 418례환자접수관상동맥조영(CAG),관찰기술중、술후병발증,분석기병발증발생적원인이급방치방법.결과 경뇨동맥천자점화(혹)전비혈종6례,경고동맥천자부위단순혈종19례,가성동맥류12례,혈관미주반사5례,신공능손해3례,엄중심률실상3례,도관타결2례,외주혈관폐새1례.술후각병발증경관찰화급시처리,환자균치유출원.결론 대관심병개입진치술후병발증적환자진행엄밀관찰화규범화처리,가이공제병발증진일보발전,감소화피면엄중병발증적출현.
Objective To explore the causes of complications with coronary angiograph (CAG) and the strategies of preventing and treating complications. Methods 2418 patients received CAG were collected for study. The complications after CAG were observed. The causes of complications and their prevention and management were analyzed. Results There were 6 patients with hematoma in the puncture point of radial artery and(or) forearm, 19 patient with merely hematoma in the puncture point of arteria cruralis, 12 patients with pseudoaneurym, 5 patients with angio-aberration reflexion, 3 patients with renal functional lesion and 3 with serious cardiac arrhythmias. Catheter knotting happened in 2 patients and only one patient with peripheral vascular occlusion. Conclusion Observed closely and managed promptly, complications with coronary aagiography can be controlled, and the severity complications could be reduced and avoided.
