采用分子荧光法测定面粉中痕量核黄素的含量.核黄素浓度在1×10-6~5×10-4g/L范围内与荧光强度呈良好的线性关系,方法的检出限为4×10-8g/L;对浓度为1×10-5g/L的核黄素标准溶液进行11次平行测定,得相对标准偏差为3.4%.方法简便快速、灵敏度高、选择性好,已用于面粉中核黄素含量的测定,回收率为98%~105%,结果令人满意.
採用分子熒光法測定麵粉中痕量覈黃素的含量.覈黃素濃度在1×10-6~5×10-4g/L範圍內與熒光彊度呈良好的線性關繫,方法的檢齣限為4×10-8g/L;對濃度為1×10-5g/L的覈黃素標準溶液進行11次平行測定,得相對標準偏差為3.4%.方法簡便快速、靈敏度高、選擇性好,已用于麵粉中覈黃素含量的測定,迴收率為98%~105%,結果令人滿意.

A fluorimetric method was proposed for the determination of trace lactoflavin in flour. The ]actoflavin concentration within a range of ×10-6~5×10-4g/L has a good linear relation, and the detection limit is ×10-8g/L, and the relative standard deviation (RSD) is 3.4% for ×10-5g/L lactoflavin solution (n=11). The method has high sensitivity and selectivity, and has been applied for the detection of lactoflavin in flour, and the recoveries between 98%-105% are obtained with satisfied results.
