目的 研究大豆苷元(DD)对离体心脏缺血再灌注损伤的保护作用.方法 应用大鼠离体心肌缺血再灌注损伤模型,在灌流液中加入高、低剂量的大豆苷元.测定冠脉流量、心率、左心室收缩压、左心室内压最大变化速率及心肌组织乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)和心肌肌酸激酶(CK)活性的变化.结果 与溶剂组比较,大豆苷元能使左心室收缩压升高、左心室内压最大变化速率增大;能使心肌LDH及CK的活性升高;冠脉流量、心率未见明显变化.结论 大豆苷元可通过增大左心室内压最大变化速率、增强心肌收缩力及减少心肌酶的释放对离体心脏缺血再灌注损伤起保护作用.

목적 연구대두감원(DD)대리체심장결혈재관주손상적보호작용.방법 응용대서리체심기결혈재관주손상모형,재관류액중가입고、저제량적대두감원.측정관맥류량、심솔、좌심실수축압、좌심실내압최대변화속솔급심기조직유산탈경매(LDH)화심기기산격매(CK)활성적변화.결과 여용제조비교,대두감원능사좌심실수축압승고、좌심실내압최대변화속솔증대;능사심기LDH급CK적활성승고;관맥류량、심솔미견명현변화.결론 대두감원가통과증대좌심실내압최대변화속솔、증강심기수축력급감소심기매적석방대리체심장결혈재관주손상기보호작용.
Objective To explore the therapeutic effects of daidzein (DD) on isolated myocardial ischemia/reperfusion injury. Methods A rat myocardial ischemia/reperfusion injury model was made and was treated with DD ( high dose and low dose). The changes of coronary artery blood flow levels, heart rate, and left ventricular systolic pressure, as well as the activities of lactate dehydrogenase (LDH) and creatine kinase (CK) were investigated. Results Compared with the DMSO group .after treatment, the isolated myocardial tissue showed that the left ventricular systolic pressure, the left ventricular diastolic pressure's changing speed increased, as well as enzymatic activities of LDH and CK in myocardial tissue increased. The coronary artery blood flow levels and the heart rates showed no obvious change. Conclusion DD has therapeutic effect on myocardial ischemia/reperfusion injury because it dilates the enhances myocardial contractile force , strongthen the the left ventricular diastolic pressures changing speed and limits the release of CK and LDH.
