用AB-8大孔吸附树脂对爵床总黄酮进行分离纯化.结果表明,静态分离纯化的最佳工艺参数为提取液中总黄酮量在2.0~3.5 mg/mL范围,AB-8树脂与提取液以1:20(W/V)的比例,于25℃,在酸性或碱性的条件下恒温振荡24h后,用90%的乙醇洗脱.此条件下总黄酮的得率可达38.24%.动态分离纯化的最佳工艺参数为流速1.0mL/min,粗提液中总黄酮量在1.5~2.5 mg/mL范围,在pH值为2的条件下总黄酮的得率为42.72%.

용AB-8대공흡부수지대작상총황동진행분리순화.결과표명,정태분리순화적최가공예삼수위제취액중총황동량재2.0~3.5 mg/mL범위,AB-8수지여제취액이1:20(W/V)적비례,우25℃,재산성혹감성적조건하항온진탕24h후,용90%적을순세탈.차조건하총황동적득솔가체38.24%.동태분리순화적최가공예삼수위류속1.0mL/min,조제액중총황동량재1.5~2.5 mg/mL범위,재pH치위2적조건하총황동적득솔위42.72%.
The extraction and purification of the flavonoid from acanthaceae was studied by AB-8 resin.The results showed that the effect of dynamic purification of acanthaceae was better than the static purification.The best process parameters for dynandc isolation and pufification were as follows:flow rate Was 1mL/min,flavonoid contents of crude extract were 1.5~2.5mg/mL,pH was 2,the purification yield was 42.72%.
