在深入了解发电机组运行工况的基础上,设计并研制出一种基于单片机为核心的,用于自动调节发电机有功功率的负荷保持器.应用Philips 80C552单片机内部自带的A/D模块,检测出与发电机有功功率相对应的电压,再与发电厂给定的有功功率相对应的电压值作比较,从而得知用来调节汽轮机汽门的伺服电机的转向和转动时间,达到给定的有功功率.利用了单片机技术、电力电子技术、模糊控制和脉宽调制技术,使发电机组实际输出的有功功率与设定值之间的误差维持在规定的范围之内.同时通过串行通信接口与主控制室的计算机连接,实现真正意义的无人职守.

Based on the actual operating conditions of generator,a load retainer with singlechip as its core is developed for the autoregulation of generator active power.The voltage corresponding to the measured active power is detected by the A/D converter of Philips 80C552 and the difference between it and the voltage corresponding to the reference active power is used to control the rotating direction and duration of motor,which drives the steam valve to control the active power output.The computer technology,power electronic technology,fussy control technology and pulse width modulation technology are applied.It communicates with the master computer via serial communication interface to realize remote supervision.
