对氨布洛芬的合成工艺进行了优化.以甲苯为溶剂,布洛芬经酰氯化制得布洛芬酰氯;K_2CO_3作缚酸剂,布洛芬酰氯与乙醇胺完成酰胺化反应合成了氨布洛芬,收率94.4%,纯度99.09%.
對氨佈洛芬的閤成工藝進行瞭優化.以甲苯為溶劑,佈洛芬經酰氯化製得佈洛芬酰氯;K_2CO_3作縳痠劑,佈洛芬酰氯與乙醇胺完成酰胺化反應閤成瞭氨佈洛芬,收率94.4%,純度99.09%.

Synthtic technology of Aminoprofen was optimized.Aminoprofen in yield of 94.4% with the purity of 99.09% was synthesized by a two-step reaction of acyl chlorination from Ibuprofen and SOCl_2 in toluene,and amidation from Ibuprofen chloride and ethanolamine using K_2CO_3 as the acid binding agent.
