以我国生物制药类50家上市公司为样本,对我国生物制药行业的年度审计费用的影响因素进行了实证分析.实证结果发现,影响我国生物制药行业年度审计费用的主要因素是上市公司规模、注册地为经济发达地区、资产负债率,其中最关键的影响因素是上市公司规模.而独立董事人数则对年度审计费用无显著影响.

In this paper,We carried out an empirical analysis of factors affecting audit fees based on the sample of 50 listed companies on China's biopharmaceutical industry.Empirical results found that a major factor in the annual audit fees is the size of listed companies,place of registration for the economically developed regions,asset-liability ratio,the most critical factor is the size of listed companies.The number of independent di-rectors on the annual audit costs while no significant effect.
