鉴于轴流压气机静子根部容腔对压气机性能影响显著,本文利用CFD数值模拟手段,以某小流量多级轴流压气机第一级为研究对象,详细分析了该压气机第一级带静子容腔与不带静子容腔模型中的三维流动情况。结果显示,静子容腔叶根间隙泄漏流会造成静子叶根附近的流动发生明显变化,效率下降,级稳定工作范围变窄。
鑒于軸流壓氣機靜子根部容腔對壓氣機性能影響顯著,本文利用CFD數值模擬手段,以某小流量多級軸流壓氣機第一級為研究對象,詳細分析瞭該壓氣機第一級帶靜子容腔與不帶靜子容腔模型中的三維流動情況。結果顯示,靜子容腔葉根間隙洩漏流會造成靜子葉根附近的流動髮生明顯變化,效率下降,級穩定工作範圍變窄。

Shrouded stator cavity flow has great influence on aerodynamic performance of axial compressors. In this paper taking a small rate axial compressor as the research object, the flow in different sealtooth of cavity at first stage is investigated with numerical simulation of CFD method. The comparison of the numerical simulation results and the detailed analysis of the 3D flow field is finished. By analyzing the flow filed, it finds that the cavity leakage can change the flow field of stator root and results in effi- ciency decline and surge margin reducing.
