针对市场中种类繁多的产品,从国家标准和规范出发,阐述了自动转换开关的各个类别及其应用特点,分析了有关产品的功能、结构和可靠性的问题。着重探讨了在产品选型过程中工程设计人员所需要考虑计算的参数;对技术存在广泛争议的CB、PC级产品之争,自动转换开关的隔离和维修问题,ATS上下级保护及时间匹配性等问题给出了一定深度的剖析。结合工程实际说明了在线路设计和安装、调试、使用阶段所需要注意的问题,以便于设计者正确地选择和合理地应用自动转换开关。

Aiming at the condition of a great various of products,from the angle of national standards,the type and the application characteristics of automatic transfer switching equipment were described,and the functions,construction,and reliability were analyzed.The parameter of products which must be considerd by the designer was discussed,the products of CB and PC class,the quarantine and maintainance of ATSE,the protection and time matching of STS were also analyzed.Combined with the project,it indicated that the problems of design,installation,test and use should be pay attention,that can help the designer to made a correct choice.
