目的 了解护士的工作压力,探讨缓解护理工作压力,有效控制护理风险的方法.方法 对165名在职护士采用问卷的方式展开调查,了解护士的工作压力水平,探讨其压力的相关因素,护理部采取有效措施缓解压力,维护其群体心理健康.比较新的管理办法实施前后护理压力源、患者满意度及护患纠纷的变化情况.结果 新的管理办法使护理压力源由原来的58.43%下降至48.76%.患者满意度由原来的82.80%上升至94.70%.因各种原因引起的护患纠纷由原来的0.50%下降至0.01%.结论 新的护理管理模式对于控制护理风险,缓解护士心理压力,提高其工作热情具有一定的指导意义.

Objective To understand working pressure of nurses,and discuss effective measures to alleviate nursing work pressure and control nursing risk.Methods A questionnaire investigation was carried out to understand nursing pressure level,to discuss the related factors of pressure.Nursing department adopted effective measures to alleviate pressure and maintain psychological health of nurses.Pressure sources,satisfaction degree of patients and nurse-patients disputes before and after the implementation of new management methods were compared.Results After the implementation of new management methods,nursing pressure level decreased from 58.43% to 48.76%,satisfaction degree of patients increased from 82.80% to 94.70%.Nurse-patients disputes decreased from 0.50% to 0.01%.Conclusions New nursing management pattern has instructive effect on restriction of nursing risk and alleviation of mental pressure as well as to increase the working zeal of nurses.
