研究了石墨粉、羰基铁粉、铁氧体粉与水泥等复合制成的涂层材料的吸波性能,分析了涂层材料吸波性能与石墨粉含量、粒度、涂层表面电阻率的关系.结果表明,石墨粉涂层材料与铁氧体粉、羰基铁粉涂层材料相比有好的吸波效果,石墨粉涂层材料在高频段(9~18GHz)和低频段(2~9GHz)各有1个吸收峰,石墨粉含量为12%(质量分数)、表面电阻率较小时有好的吸波效果,石墨粉粒度影响石墨粉的含量.

The properties of coating material composed by cement and graphite,carbonyl ion or ferrite are studied.The performance of graphite content,particle size and the surface resistivity of coating material are analyzed.The results show that,compared with ferrites and carbonyl ion powder coating materials,graphite powder coating materials have better absorpting effect.Graphite coating materials in the high-frequency band (9~18GHz) and low-frequency band (2~9GHz)have an absorption peak respectively.When graphite content is 12% (mass fraction) and surface resistivity is smaller,there is good absorption effect.The graphite particle size has an effect on the content.
