分离自山东省牟平市塑料大棚种植的甜瓜根结线虫卵上的菌株CFCC84965,根据培养条件和形态特征鉴定为萨克拉普奇尼亚菌串孢变种Pochonia suchlasporia var.catenata,为中国新记录种.该菌生长较快,在CMA培养基培养15 d后菌落直径为27~43 mm,气生菌丝中等发达,白色至浅黄色,背面为黄色至谈褐色.分生孢子梗长,大多从菌丝上直立生长,多分支.分生孢子多串生,表面略粗糙.老熟菌丝上形成会聚的菌丝膨大细胞或形成少量的间生厚垣孢子.在琼脂培养基上可形成晶体.
分離自山東省牟平市塑料大棚種植的甜瓜根結線蟲卵上的菌株CFCC84965,根據培養條件和形態特徵鑒定為薩剋拉普奇尼亞菌串孢變種Pochonia suchlasporia var.catenata,為中國新記錄種.該菌生長較快,在CMA培養基培養15 d後菌落直徑為27~43 mm,氣生菌絲中等髮達,白色至淺黃色,揹麵為黃色至談褐色.分生孢子梗長,大多從菌絲上直立生長,多分支.分生孢子多串生,錶麵略粗糙.老熟菌絲上形成會聚的菌絲膨大細胞或形成少量的間生厚垣孢子.在瓊脂培養基上可形成晶體.

The fungus CFCC84965, which was isolated from Meloidogyne hapla eggs in sweet melon ( Cucumis melon) roots grown in plastic house in Muping, Shandong province in 2002, was identified as Pochonia suchlasporia var. catenata and it is reported in China for the first time. Colonies on CMA grow rather fast, reaching 27-43 nun diam in 15 days, woolly, white to yellowish; reverse yellow to brownish cream. The morphology is distinguished by their longer, mainly erect and more densely verticillate conid-iophores, mostly cohering catenate and slightly roughened conidia and forming abundant intercalary aggre-gates of swollen cells or rarely chlamydospores in aged hyphae. The octahedral crystals are easily observed in agar medium.
