为更好地开发利用蟛蜞菊这一中草药资源,采用氨基酸分析仪和原子吸收光谱仪测定了游离氨基酸的含量和矿物元素的含量.结果表明,蟛蜞菊中富含多种成分的氨基酸,其中谷氨酸、天门冬氨酸、亮氨酸含量较高,且含有7种人体必需的氨基酸;还含有丰富的钙、镁、铁、锰、锌、铜和硒等矿物元素;蟛蜞菊中高含量的氨基酸成分及矿物元素与其多种生理、药理活性作用密切相关.
為更好地開髮利用蟛蜞菊這一中草藥資源,採用氨基痠分析儀和原子吸收光譜儀測定瞭遊離氨基痠的含量和礦物元素的含量.結果錶明,蟛蜞菊中富含多種成分的氨基痠,其中穀氨痠、天門鼕氨痠、亮氨痠含量較高,且含有7種人體必需的氨基痠;還含有豐富的鈣、鎂、鐵、錳、鋅、銅和硒等礦物元素;蟛蜞菊中高含量的氨基痠成分及礦物元素與其多種生理、藥理活性作用密切相關.

In order to better development and utilization of Wedelia the Chinese herbal medicine, the content of amino acid and mineral elements was determined by HITACHI L - 8800 amino acid analyzer and atomic absorption pectrometry. The results show that Wedelia has a variety of ingredients rich in amino acids, containing at least 7 kinds of essential amino acids; In addition, rich in calcium, calcium, magnesium, iron, manganese, copper, zine and selenium and other inorganic elements. It conclu the high content of amino acids and mineral elements is closely related to the physiological and pharmacological activity of Wedelia.
