乌桕是一种经济价值较高的木本油料树种,其种子中的油脂可用于食用油源、工业油源和动力油源,是一种可再生能源培养的优良树种.对乌桕茎段进行离体培养和快速繁殖研究.在初代培养中,先用70%的酒精对带芽茎段消毒30s,再用0.1%升汞灭菌10min,污染率可降到26.5%.在最佳培养基WPM+6-BA 0.5mg/L+NAA 0.05mg/L中进行芽诱导,30d后的诱导率可达62.9%.在MS+6-BA 1.0mg/L+KT 0.5mg/L+NAA 0.5mg/L上进行继代增殖培养,增殖效果最好,增值率为81.2%,增殖倍数为3.2倍.将健壮的无根单芽接种于1/2 MS+IBA 0.5mg/L上进行生根诱导,生根率可达93.3%.

An experiment was conducted to study in vitro shoot culture and micropropagation of Chinese tallow tree (Sapium sebiferum (L.) Roxb.). Results showed that, in primary culture, the contamination rate reached 26.5% when the explants were disinfected with 70% ethanol for 30 seconds and with 0.1% HgCl2 for 10 minutes. The medium of WPM supplemented with 6-BA 0.5mg/L and NAA 0.05mg/L was excellent for the primary culture, with an induction rate of 62.9%, and MS supplemented with 6-BA 1.0mg/L, KT 0.5mg/L, NAA 0.5mg/L was the optimal medium for subculture, with a multiplication rate of 81.2% and a multiplication coefficient of 3.2. Roots were induced on the medium of 1/2MS with 0.5mg/L IBA, exhibiting a rooting rate of 93.3%.
