气道变应性疾病传统上认为是以Th2型免疫应答占优势的Th1/Th2细胞功能失衡所致.近年来,大量研究证实Th17细胞在气道变应性炎症中发挥重要作用,使人们对气道变应性疾病有了崭新的认识.IL-17A能促进中性粒细胞的募集、活化,促进炎症反应;IL-23-Th1轴不仅能诱导中性粒细胞性气道炎症,还能正调节嗜酸性粒细胞性气道炎症,IL-25(IL-17E)对气道变应性炎症有放大效应,因而Th17细胞及其相关细胞因子或许能为气道变应性疾病的治疗提供新的思路.

Airway allergic diseases have classically been considered as the results of dysregulation of Th1/Th2 paradigm, dominated by Th2 cells. Recently,researches demonstrate that Th17 cells play crucial roles in the development of airway allergic inflammation, which provides new insight into the pathogenesis of airway allergic diseases. IL-17A can promote neutrophil recruitment and enhance airway inflammation; IL-23-Th17 axis not only induces neutrophilic airway inflammation, but also up-regulate eosinophilic airway inflammation;IL-25(IL-17E) may amplify the Th2-mediated airway allergic inflammation. Thl7 cells and some related cytokines may provide new strategy for the treatment of airway allergic diseases.
