目的探讨连续健康教育对糖尿病患者生活方式和行为习惯的影响.方法对62例糖尿病患者进行饮食结构及生活方式评估,根据评估结果进行疾病知识教育、饮食结构及科学生活方式指导.分别于1个月、3个月、6个月调查患者饮食、生活方式、心理状况及血糖水平.结果护理干预后1个月、3个月、6个月患者饮食、运动、体重、疾病知识掌握、血糖水平较干预前明显好转,干预前后比较,P<0.01或P <0.05,差异有统计学意义.结论对糖尿病患者进行连续健康教育,能改善其生活方式和行为习惯,促进疾病康复.

Objective To explore the effect of continuous health education on the lifestyle and behavior habits of patients with diabetes.Methods The dietary habits and lifestyle of 62 patients with diabetes were evaluated.According to the results of evaluation,patients were told about the knowledge of the disease and were given the consultation of dietary habit and lifestyle.After 1 month,3 months an d 6 months,evaluations were made on patients' dietary constitution,lifestyle, the mental conditions and blood sugar level.Results The diet,sports,weight,blood sugar level of patients were better obviously after nursing intervention 1 months,3 months,6 months compared with Continuous health education can improve the lifestyle and habits of patients with diabetes, and promote recovery from disease
