目的 探讨血液供应对成年大鼠背根神经节内感觉神经元的生长与成活的影响.方法 SD大鼠分成A、B、C三组.分别摘取大鼠的一侧L4背根神经节(dorsal root ganglions,DRGs).A组:将DRGs放置于下腹部皮下脂肪内.B组:将DRGs放置于股四头肌肌肉内.C组:剥离神经节外膜后将DRGs放置于股四头肌肌肉内.于移植后3 d,7 d、14 d、21 d和28 d将背根神经节取出,进行Nissl染色和HE染色,观察不同移植环境下背根神经节内感觉神经元细胞的成活情况.同时计数三种环境下背根神经节中感觉神经元的细胞数目,并进行统计学分析.结果 A组背根神经节中成活的感觉神经元细胞数目比B、C两组少,成纤维细胞的增生比B、c两组明显.结论 丰富的供血可有效阻止神经元的死亡,减少成纤维细胞的增生,从而最大限度地增加在移植环境中成活的神经元胞体的数量.

Objective To investigate the effect of blood circulation on survival and growth of sensory neurons in rat dorsal root ganglia(DRG).Methods Adult SD rats were divided into three groups.L4 DRG on one side of the rats were harvested and implanted in the hypogastic subcutaneous fat in group A.in the quadriceps femoris in Group B,and in the quadriceps femoris after removal of dural sheath of DRG in group C.DRG were harvested 3,7,14,21 and 28 days after implantation respectively and sectionedflor Nissl staining and HE staining.Survival ofDIIG sensory ncul'OlrlS and proliferation of fibroblasts were observed.Statistic analysis was carried out to compare the numbers of surviving sensory ncarons among three groups.Results The number of DRG sensory neurons in group A was lower than that in groups B and C.More fibroblasts were observed in group A than in groups B and C.Conclusion Rich blood circulation can effectively prevent cell death and fibroblast proliferation.It provides an ideal environment for DRG neulDn survival.
