目的 探讨经椎弓根植骨加GSS-Ⅱ型椎弓根螺钉系统固定治疗胸腰椎骨折对防止术后并发症的意义.方法 采用GSS-Ⅱ型椎弓根螺钉系统复住固定并经椎弓根植骨治疗胸腰椎骨折40例,术前、术后摄X线片测定椎体前缘高度与正常高度的比值,了解患者后期有无腰背部疼痛情况,有无椎弓根螺钉松动、折断等并发症.结果 术后骨折椎体高度明显恢复,椎体前缘高度与正常高度的比值以及椎管狭窄程度均明显改善,经过10~18个月随访,复位后椎体高度无丢失,无后凸畸形,无内固定松动、拔出、断钉等并发症.结论 采用经椎弓根植骨加GSS~Ⅱ型椎弓根螺钉系统治疗胸腰椎骨折,可有效地防止后期椎体高度再丢失、后凸角度加大和内固定失败等并发症.
目的 探討經椎弓根植骨加GSS-Ⅱ型椎弓根螺釘繫統固定治療胸腰椎骨摺對防止術後併髮癥的意義.方法 採用GSS-Ⅱ型椎弓根螺釘繫統複住固定併經椎弓根植骨治療胸腰椎骨摺40例,術前、術後攝X線片測定椎體前緣高度與正常高度的比值,瞭解患者後期有無腰揹部疼痛情況,有無椎弓根螺釘鬆動、摺斷等併髮癥.結果 術後骨摺椎體高度明顯恢複,椎體前緣高度與正常高度的比值以及椎管狹窄程度均明顯改善,經過10~18箇月隨訪,複位後椎體高度無丟失,無後凸畸形,無內固定鬆動、拔齣、斷釘等併髮癥.結論 採用經椎弓根植骨加GSS~Ⅱ型椎弓根螺釘繫統治療胸腰椎骨摺,可有效地防止後期椎體高度再丟失、後凸角度加大和內固定失敗等併髮癥.
목적 탐토경추궁근식골가GSS-Ⅱ형추궁근라정계통고정치료흉요추골절대방지술후병발증적의의.방법 채용GSS-Ⅱ형추궁근라정계통복주고정병경추궁근식골치료흉요추골절40례,술전、술후섭X선편측정추체전연고도여정상고도적비치,료해환자후기유무요배부동통정황,유무추궁근라정송동、절단등병발증.결과 술후골절추체고도명현회복,추체전연고도여정상고도적비치이급추관협착정도균명현개선,경과10~18개월수방,복위후추체고도무주실,무후철기형,무내고정송동、발출、단정등병발증.결론 채용경추궁근식골가GSS~Ⅱ형추궁근라정계통치료흉요추골절,가유효지방지후기추체고도재주실、후철각도가대화내고정실패등병발증.
Objective To study the efficacy of transpedicular intracorporeal grafting combined with GSS - Ⅱ pedi-tie screw interanl fixation in preventing complications after the operation. Methods Forty patients with thoracolumbar ver-tebra fracture were treated with GSS - Ⅱ pedicle screw internal fixation and transpedicular bone grafting. Rediologic out-comes measured after operation and including the percentage of anterior body height were analyzed. Back pain and loosing breakage of pedicle fixation were also investigated during the follow - up period. Results The reduction effects measured by hepercentage of anterior vertebra body height were satisfying. The height of each fracture vertebra was reducted and had hardly loss without kyphasis from 10 to 18 months followed - up. The spinal canal stenosis was notably improved. There was no fixation failure. Conclusions Transpedicular intracorporeal grafting combined with GSS - Ⅱ pedicle screw internal fixation could prevent later kyphosis and the hight of vertebra loss.
