对铝硅合金活塞的摩擦焊接工艺进行了初步试验研究.结果表明,铸造铝硅合金采用摩擦焊接方法可以形成焊接接头.采用较高摩擦压力和顶锻压力及较短的摩擦时间,可获得良好的焊接接头,此时活塞内冷油道的内圈和外圈焊接接头的强度均达到了母材强度要求.
對鋁硅閤金活塞的摩抆銲接工藝進行瞭初步試驗研究.結果錶明,鑄造鋁硅閤金採用摩抆銲接方法可以形成銲接接頭.採用較高摩抆壓力和頂鍛壓力及較短的摩抆時間,可穫得良好的銲接接頭,此時活塞內冷油道的內圈和外圈銲接接頭的彊度均達到瞭母材彊度要求.

Friction-welding techniques for AI-Si alloy piston were investigated. The results indicate that cast AI-Si alloy can be welded by friction-welding method. The desirable welding joint can be formed in the cast AI-Si alloy piston by applying a higher frictional pres-sure and punching pressure and a shorter frictional time, and tensile strength of inner and outer welding joint in piston cooling galley are meet the strength re-quirements of the matrix alloy.
