介绍了华能蒙西发电厂首台国产化300 MW循环流化床机组的协调控制策略.针对需克服流化床机组热惯性问题,对负荷变化时风量/燃料量变化前馈、适应煤质变化对燃料量前馈比例控制等进行了优化.调试及实际运行表明,机组负荷在小范围变化,负荷变化率可达到2%,可实现大范围4 MW/min的负荷变化,优化提高了循环流化床机组控制的稳定性和快速性.

This paper introduces the collaborative control strategy on a home-made 300 MW air-cooled circulating fluidized bed unit in North United Power Corporation Mengxi Power Plant of China Huaneng Group. To solve the thermal inertia problem,the wind/fuel amount change feedforward ac-cording to load variation and the proportional control of fuel amount feedforward according to coal quality are optimized. Operation results illuminate that the load variation of the unit can reaches to 2 and 4 MW/min,and stable and rapid control of the unit is achieved.
