应用二次正交旋转组合设计方法进行实验设计,对改性脲醛树脂合成工艺与胶合性能的关系进行研究.重点分析了实验因素(终摩尔比、三聚氰胺加量、聚乙烯醇加量和浊点温度)对改性树脂胶合性能(胶合强度、预压强度和甲醛释放量)的影响.结果表明,胶合强度、预压强度和甲醛释放量的回归方程是显著的、拟合的,可以很好地描述胶合性能的变化趋势.影响胶合强度、预压强度和甲醛释放量最显著的因素是终摩尔比,终摩尔比越大则胶合强度、预压强度和甲醛释放量越大;增加三聚氰胺用量有利于胶合强度的提高和甲醛释放量的降低,但不利于预压强度的提高.聚乙烯醇的用量增加对提高预压强度有利,但对甲醛释放量的变化没有作用.
應用二次正交鏇轉組閤設計方法進行實驗設計,對改性脲醛樹脂閤成工藝與膠閤性能的關繫進行研究.重點分析瞭實驗因素(終摩爾比、三聚氰胺加量、聚乙烯醇加量和濁點溫度)對改性樹脂膠閤性能(膠閤彊度、預壓彊度和甲醛釋放量)的影響.結果錶明,膠閤彊度、預壓彊度和甲醛釋放量的迴歸方程是顯著的、擬閤的,可以很好地描述膠閤性能的變化趨勢.影響膠閤彊度、預壓彊度和甲醛釋放量最顯著的因素是終摩爾比,終摩爾比越大則膠閤彊度、預壓彊度和甲醛釋放量越大;增加三聚氰胺用量有利于膠閤彊度的提高和甲醛釋放量的降低,但不利于預壓彊度的提高.聚乙烯醇的用量增加對提高預壓彊度有利,但對甲醛釋放量的變化沒有作用.

The experiment arranged by central composite design, as the results of the statistical analysis, the final molar ratio, quantity of melamine, quantity of polyvinyl alcohol and cloud point temperature had effect on the bonding strength, prepress bonding strength and formaldehyde emission of modified UF resin. The results also showed that the regression equation of bonding strength, prepress bonding strength and formaldehyde emission were significant and fitting, could describe them perfectly. According to the test of regression coefficient, the most significant factor effect on bonding strength, prepress bonding strength and formaldehyde emission was final molar ratio, bonding strength, prepress bonding strength and formaldehyde emission enlargement followed final molar ratio increase, the more quantity of melamine made the larger bonding strength and the lower formaldehyde emission, but no advantaged to prepress bonding strength. Along with the increase of quantity of polyvinyl, prepress bonding strength augmented too, but no influence to formaldehyde emission.
