传统的农业机械设计方法开发周期长、成本高,采用虚拟设计技术可以达到有效控制成本,缩短生产周期,提高农机生产企业市场竞争力的目的.为此,本文介绍了基于UG的农业机械产品虚拟设计的方法,并以马铃薯分级装置的设计和仿真为例,体现了UG软件在农业机械设计中的优越性.

By using Unigraphics software, three-dimensional model of the potato grading device were built,and motion simulation was carried out. The virtual design of agricultural mechanical products by using Unigraphics software was introduced in this paper, Designing and motion simulation of potato grading device based on Unigraphics software was taken as the example to express the superiority of Unigraphics software in the design of agricultural mechanical products.
