以400 kHz/350 kW感应加热电源为研究对象,选择适合该电源的串联型逆变器,采用功率器件IGBT并联倍频分时控制策略,通过控制不同周期段各自的IGBT组来提高系统的频率和器件的利用率.基于器件串并联扩容技术会带来电压、电流分配不均的问题,采用了变压器初级并联、次级串联的功率合成方法,通过提高变压器次级电压来间接提高电源容量,由于变比一致,变压器初级电流实现了强制均流,在一定程度上放宽了对逆变器一致性的要求.

Based on the 400 kHz/350 kW induction heating power supply,this paper adopts the aeries resonant inverter which is more suitable for high frequency induction heating power supply,and chose more flexible phase controlling on inverier side of IGBT parallel time-sharing control strategy,the strategy control the different cycle period of each IGBT switches to improve system's frequency.Based on the problem of unequal distribution of voltage and current by devices'series and parallel,this paper chose the power synthetic method of transformer's primary parallel and second aeries,the method could realize high power through transformer secondary voltage's increase and the equal distribution of current in transformer primary side,eased the consistency of inverter in a certain extent,and improved the power effectively.
