利用冷却倾斜板技术制备Al-Pb轴瓦材料.在高于互溶温度下将偏晶合金液浇注到倾斜板上,利用倾斜板的激冷作用,使合金液的温度迅速降低,从而得到均质弥散分布的Al-Pb偏晶合金,并探讨了偏晶合金的凝固过程.结果表明,倾斜板的激冷作用可以使富Pb的液滴Stokes运动速度U_s和Marongoni迁移速度U_m相互作用并相互抵消,使得Al-Pb偏晶合金熔体在倾斜板上不发生严重的宏观偏析.然后经室温的金属型冷却,得到均质弥散分布的Al-Pb偏晶合金.
利用冷卻傾斜闆技術製備Al-Pb軸瓦材料.在高于互溶溫度下將偏晶閤金液澆註到傾斜闆上,利用傾斜闆的激冷作用,使閤金液的溫度迅速降低,從而得到均質瀰散分佈的Al-Pb偏晶閤金,併探討瞭偏晶閤金的凝固過程.結果錶明,傾斜闆的激冷作用可以使富Pb的液滴Stokes運動速度U_s和Marongoni遷移速度U_m相互作用併相互牴消,使得Al-Pb偏晶閤金鎔體在傾斜闆上不髮生嚴重的宏觀偏析.然後經室溫的金屬型冷卻,得到均質瀰散分佈的Al-Pb偏晶閤金.

The homogeneous Al-Pb monotectic alloys were successfully prepared by a sloping plate method in which monotectic alloys were heated over the miscible temperature and then poured on sloping plate by employing the chilling effects resulting in the rapid decrease of temperature of liquid alloy. Meanwhile, solidification process of monotectic alloy was expounded. The results show that chilling effects of sloping plate can make the Stokes velocity and the Migration speed of Pb-rich phase to act each other to cancel out, which plays a significantly positive role in the homogeneous distribution of immiscible Al-Pb in cooling slope. Then the homogeneous and dispersive distribution of the Al-Pb monotectic alloys was obtained by cooling liquid metal in permanent mold at room temperature.
