目的分析手术工作特点,设计工作程序表,实现巡回护士工作程序化.方法根据手术工作的时间顺序、手术过程的轻重缓急和护士的职责要求,将工作进行重新设计、整合、排序,绘制成表.结果利用工作程序表实施程序化管理后,物品准备完好率与术中护士在位率均显著增加;医生、护士对物品准备、工作质量和工作效率的满意率均显著提高;消除了不同工作年资护士手术过程发生工作缺陷既往存在的差异.结论应用工作程序表,有效地提高了手术室护士的工作质量,实现了手术护理配合有序、高效、安全.

Objective To design the work schedule for circulating nurses based on the features of operating room nursing,and to ensure programmed management for the work of circulating nurses.Methods According to the operation time se quence,priority and nurses' responsibilities and requirements,the work schedule of circulating nurses was redesigned,reintegrated and rearranged.Results After the implementation of programmed management based on the work schedule of circulating nurses,the rates of well prepared surgical items and nurses' attendance rates during operation were increased significantly.The doctors' and nurses' satisfaction rates on the preparation of surgical items,work quality and work efficiency were also increased significantly.Meanwhile,the difference of mistake frequency among nurses with different years of working experiences disappeared.Conclusion The application of work schedule for circulating nurses can effectively improve the quality of operating room nursing,ensure the nurses to cooperate with the surgeons orderly,safely and efficiently during the operation.
