目的 分析LASIK术前近视眼中眼底双目间接检眼镜的特殊价值.方法 对994例(1976只眼)患者术前散瞳,应用双目间接检眼镜行眼底检查,并详细绘图记录.结果 1976只眼中视网膜病变372只眼(18.33%),在屈光度≥-6.00D的1399只眼中,视网膜病变313只眼,病变位于后极部7只眼,周边部365只眼.131只眼进行LASIK术前眼底光凝治疗,随访1年无一例发生视网膜脱离.结论 双目间接检眼镜在近视眼手术前常规视网膜检查中具有独特的优越性.

목적 분석LASIK술전근시안중안저쌍목간접검안경적특수개치.방법 대994례(1976지안)환자술전산동,응용쌍목간접검안경행안저검사,병상세회도기록.결과 1976지안중시망막병변372지안(18.33%),재굴광도≥-6.00D적1399지안중,시망막병변313지안,병변위우후겁부7지안,주변부365지안.131지안진행LASIK술전안저광응치료,수방1년무일례발생시망막탈리.결론 쌍목간접검안경재근시안수술전상규시망막검사중구유독특적우월성.
Objective To investigate the significance and necessity of indirect ophthalmoscope to the examination of mydriasis retinal.Methods ocular fundus of 994 case(1976 eyes)mydriasis were examined by indirect ophthalmoscope and recorded.Results there 372 eyes with retinal disease in the 994 case(1976 eyes).1760 eyes were under the age of 25 years,in which 1399 eyes were with high myopia(≥-6.00D),313 eyes were with retinal disease,the morbidity was 22.37%.there were 31 eyes with symptoms(8.33%),and there were 341 eyes without symptoms(91.67%).there were 7 eyes in the center retinal,and 365 eyes in the peripheral retinal.131 eyes with retinal disease was treated with laser photocoagulation.All eyes had been follwed up for 1 year.None retinal detachment was found.Conclusion indirect ophthalmoscope has an unique superiority in examining the retinal degeneration before laser in situ keratomileusis.
