目的对5例颈部蜂窝织炎患者临床资料进行分析.方法将5例住院患者的主诉、病史、病因、临床表现、实验室检查、最后诊断及救治进行回顾和综合分析.结果 1例为右颈部蜂窝织炎并糖尿病酮症酸中毒、糖尿病视网膜病变Ⅱ～Ⅲ期、高血压.1例为左颈部蜂窝织炎并毒血症、急性肾功能不全、2型糖尿病、血小板减少症、低蛋白血症.1例为左颈部蜂窝织炎并2型糖尿病.1例为左颈部蜂窝织炎并左口底脓肿、阻塞性呼吸困难.1例为口底蜂窝织炎并阻塞性呼吸困难.经过局部切开引流,抗菌药使用,处理并发症,5例患者颈部感染痊愈.结论颈部蜂窝织炎应尽早切开,及时足量使用抗菌药,有效处理并发症.

Objective To analyze cervical cellulitis and complications of 5 case.Methods This review was presented with particular emphasis on complaint, etiology, medical history, clinical presentation, test, diagnosis and treatment in 5 patients admitted to the ward of the stomatology with cervical cellulitis during the period 20082009.Results The patients with a complication were summarized.One of them had diabetic ketoacidosis, retinopathy and hypertension.One of them had sepsis, acute renal failure, type 2 diabetes mellitus, thrombocytopenia and hypoproteinemia.One of them had type 2 diabetes mellitus.One of them had an abscess of the floor of the left mouth, obstructive dyspnea.One of them had cellulitis of the floor of the mouth, obstructive dyspnea.All 5 patients underwent successful immediate surgery, antibiotic therapy and treatment of serious complications.Conclusions Early surgical drainage, intravenous antibiotic therapy and treatment of life-threatening complications should always be considered in these patients.
