目的 探讨半乳糖凝集素-3(galectin-3)蛋白表达及Ki-67标记指数(Ki-67 LI)与垂体腺瘤侵袭性的关系.方法 运用免疫组化SP法检测50例标本中galectin-3蛋白的表达及Ki-67 LI,分析galectin-3蛋白的表达及Ki一67¨与垂体腺瘤侵袭性的内第三军医大学附属新桥医院神经外科(重庆,400037)在关系.结果 galectin-3蛋白表达局限于泌乳素(PRL)腺瘤、促肾上腺皮质激素(ACTH)腺瘤及部分多激素分泌型腺瘤,在其他类型垂体腺瘤中表达呈阴性;且galectin-3在上述类型侵袭性腺瘤中的表达水平(galectin-3计分为3.264±1.066)明显高于非侵袭性腺瘤(galectin-3计分为1.613±0.850)(P<0.01).Ki-67 LI在侵袭性组和非侵袭性组分别为2.7541±1.029和1.692±0.858,两组有显著性差异(P<0.01).在表达galectin-3蛋门的垂体腺瘤中其表达水平与Kj-67 LI之间存在正相关性(r=0.916,P<0.01).结论 在PRL、ACTH腺瘤及部分多激素分泌型腺瘤中,galectin-3蛋白的表达与Ki-67 LI呈明显正相关性,同时检测二者可以作为评价此类型垂体腺瘤侵袭性的重要参考指标之一.

Objective To study the relationship of the invasiveness of the pituitary adenomas with the expression of galectin-3 and Ki-67 labeling index (LI). Methods The expression of galectin-3 and Ki-67 LI were detected by immunohistochemical technique in 50 samples of pituitary adenomas. The relationship of the invasiveness of th pituitary adenomas with the expression of galectin-3 and Ki-67 LI was analyzed. Results The expression levels of galectin-3 were significantly higher in prolactin (PRC), adrencontgicotropic hormone (ACTH) and multihormonal adenomas than those in the function-free adenomas, gonadotropin adenomas and growth hormone adenomas (P<0.01). The expression levels of galeetin-3 and Ki-67 LI were significantly higher in the invasive adenomas than those in the noninvasive adenomas (P<0.01). The expression of galectin-3 was positively related significantly to Ki-67 LI in PRL, ACTH and muhihormonal adenomas (P<0.01). Conclusions There is a significantly positive relationship between the expression of galectin-3 and Ki-67 LI in PRL, ACTH and muhihormonal adenomas. It is suggested that the expression of galectin-3 and Ki-67 LI are related to the invasiveness of the pituitary adenomas.
