给出了日本MSAS(多功能卫星增强系统)基带信号处理各项关键技术的算法原理,并对2006年在成都高楼上采集的MSAS卫星信号数据通过软件进行了基带信号处理,验证了各关键技术算法原理的正确性.另外,提出对GPS接收机增加1个MSAS通道以便提高我国GPS卫星导航接收机的定位精度和进一步增强GPS卫星导航完好性监测.

The key techniques of the baseband signal processing for the MSAS(multi-functional satellite augmentation system) is introduced. For the IF data of MSAS, which were sampled and stored at the top of a building in Chengdu in 2006, the baseband signal processing is realized through software, and the algorithm principle of the key techniques is verified. Besides, it is proposed to add a MSAS processing channel to the GPS receiver so as to improve the positioning precision and strengthen the GPS integrity monitoring.
