对自熔性镍基合金和TiH_2的混合粉末进行了激光烧结实验,并采用XRD、SEM、EDX等分析手段对烧结试样的微观组织结构进行了表征,对试样中的孔结构及析出相的成形机制进行了初步探讨.结果表明,烧结后试样中存在原位增强相TiC、TiB_2和孔结构;大量微米级尺寸的圆孔以及呈放射状或针叶状的高温强化相CrB均匀分布于基体中.
對自鎔性鎳基閤金和TiH_2的混閤粉末進行瞭激光燒結實驗,併採用XRD、SEM、EDX等分析手段對燒結試樣的微觀組織結構進行瞭錶徵,對試樣中的孔結構及析齣相的成形機製進行瞭初步探討.結果錶明,燒結後試樣中存在原位增彊相TiC、TiB_2和孔結構;大量微米級呎吋的圓孔以及呈放射狀或針葉狀的高溫彊化相CrB均勻分佈于基體中.

The laser sintering experiment was carried out on the powder mixture of self-melting nickel-based alloy and TiH_2.The microstructure of sintered samples was characterized by XRD,SEM and EDX.And the formation mechanisms of porous structure and precipitated phase in sintered samples were simply discussed.In the sintered samples, the reinforcing phases TiC and TiB_2 are in-situ synthesized and porous structure is also formed.A large number of micron-sized pores are uniformly dispersed in the matrix as well as the high-temperature strengthening phase CrB with a radial or acicular-lobate shape.
