机械密封是旋转设备的一种轴密封方式,具有泄漏量小和寿命长等优点,因此被普遍使用。在泵的各类故障中,机械密封泄露所占的比例相对较高。通过对导致机械密封故障的因素进行分析,阐述了机械密封在工作中失效的原因,并针对其失效原因提出了消除措施。

Mechanical seal is a shaft seal way of the rotating equipment.It is universally used because of its less leakage and long life.But in all kinds of trouble of pump,the mechanical seal leakage is in relatively high proportion.To elaborate the reason of mechanical seal failure in the work,analyze the factors that lead to the mechanical seal failure and propose the elimination measures for its failure.
