目的 对急诊胃镜治疗上消化道异物的综合护理干预方法进行分析.方法 本院2010年1月至2012年1月期间收治54例急诊胃镜治疗上消化道异物患者,均在治疗的基础上运用综合护理干预.结果 54例急诊胃镜治疗上消化道异物的患者经治疗后,54例均成功1次性取出,成功率100％;在治疗过程中均未出现消化道穿孔、消化道大出血、窒息等并发症.结论 使用急诊胃镜治疗上消化道异物具有良好的临床效果,在综合护理中要注意对患者情绪的疏导,鼓励患者积极配合治疗.

목적 대급진위경치료상소화도이물적종합호리간예방법진행분석.방법 본원2010년1월지2012년1월기간수치54례급진위경치료상소화도이물환자,균재치료적기출상운용종합호리간예.결과 54례급진위경치료상소화도이물적환자경치료후,54례균성공1차성취출,성공솔100％;재치료과정중균미출현소화도천공、소화도대출혈、질식등병발증.결론 사용급진위경치료상소화도이물구유량호적림상효과,재종합호리중요주의대환자정서적소도,고려환자적겁배합치료.
Objective To explore comprehensive nursing intervention in emergency gastroscopic treatment for foreign bodies in the upper gastrointestinal tract.Methods 54 patients who had undergone emergency gastroscopic treatment for foreign bodies in the upper gastrointestinal tract during the period of January 2010 to January 2012 received comprehensive nursing intervention.The clinical data on all thepatients were retrospectively analyzed.Results The foreign bodies were successfully removed from the upper gastrointestinal tract in all the patients,with a success rate of 100％.No complications including asphyxia and gastrointestinal perforation or hemorrhage occurred during the treatment.Conclusions Emergency gastroscopic treatment for foreign bodies in the upper digestive tract has a good clinical efficacy.We should pay attention to motional adjustment in patients and should encourage patients to actively cooperate with the treatment.
