测定了23例小儿烧伤患几血清LPO含量和红细胞SOD活性.结果表明小儿烧伤后血清LPO含量明显增加.SOD活性在伤后1和3天时与对照组无显著性差异,伤后7天时其活性明显升高.休克患儿的SOD活性在伤后1天时高于非休克患儿.结果提示小儿烧伤后存在氧自由基异常代谢,并与小儿烧伤后休克的发生发展有密切关系.

Serum LPO contents and erythrocyte SOD activities were measured in 23 children with burns. The serum LPO contents increased remarkably after burn. The erythrocyte SOD activities increased in 7 days after burn. The results suggest that the free oxygen radicals play a role in the pathophysiologic changes of burn injury, and also in the development of shock in children with burns.
