目的 观察丹参对吻合肌腱愈合及粘连的影响.方法 健康SD大鼠60只,将每只大鼠的2条屈趾深肌腱配成对子随机分配到2个组:A组为丹参注射液组,B组为生理盐水组.建立肌腱断裂吻合模型,术后局部注射药物0.1 ml/肢,A组用丹参注射液,B组用生理盐水.术后1、3、8周处死动物取材,分别进行大体观察,组织学观察,生物力学检测.结果 A组肌腱粘连程度较B组轻(Z=4.39,4.54,P<0.05),术后第3、8周吻合口胶原纤维的含量明显增多,肌腱的抗张力强度明显增强(21.15±1.83 vs 16.98 ±2.19;30.36 ±2.66 vs 22.91 ±3.13,P<0.01).结论 丹参是一种良好的减轻肌腱术后粘连,促进肌腱愈合的药物.

목적 관찰단삼대문합기건유합급점련적영향.방법 건강SD대서60지,장매지대서적2조굴지심기건배성대자수궤분배도2개조:A조위단삼주사액조,B조위생리염수조.건립기건단렬문합모형,술후국부주사약물0.1 ml/지,A조용단삼주사액,B조용생리염수.술후1、3、8주처사동물취재,분별진행대체관찰,조직학관찰,생물역학검측.결과 A조기건점련정도교B조경(Z=4.39,4.54,P<0.05),술후제3、8주문합구효원섬유적함량명현증다,기건적항장력강도명현증강(21.15±1.83 vs 16.98 ±2.19;30.36 ±2.66 vs 22.91 ±3.13,P<0.01).결론 단삼시일충량호적감경기건술후점련,촉진기건유합적약물.
Objective This study was to observe the effect of salvia miltiorrhiza on the healing ten-don and the adherence of tendon after anastomosis.Methods ,The two tendons of flexor of sixty SD healthy rats were matched-pairs and randomly divided into 2 groups,the experimental group and the control group.All of the sixty SD rats were made into models of tendon anastomosis.After surgery.salvia miltior-rhiza solution or NS were injected into experimental group or control group.After 1 week,3 weeks,8 weeksfollowing surgery,tendons were examined with light microscopy for morphology and histology or biomechani-cal testing.Results Compared with controls,the degree of adhesions in the experimental group Was signifi-canfly less(Z=4.39,4.54,P<0.05).In the experimental group,the increased content of collagen fi-hers and the strengthened tensile strength of the tendons were obvious in 3 and 8 weeks after surgery.The statistical results were significant(21.15±1.83 vs 16.98 ±2.19,30.36±2.66 vs 22.91±3.13,P<0.01).Conclusion Salvia miltiorrhiza is a good medicine for preventing adhesion of postoperative flexor tendon and accelerating the healing.
