通过向浆料中引入活性填料硼粉,利用热处理过程中活性填料与有机前驱体的裂解产物及保护性气氛发生反应产生的体积膨胀抵消PIP法制备纤维增强陶瓷基复合材料时因有机前驱体裂解而产生的体积收缩.通过XRD和EPMA研究了活性填料对材料性能及微观结构的影响.通过硼粉和N_2之间的反应,h-BN相被引入到材料中.复合材料在断裂过程中表现出非脆性断裂过程且伴随有纤维拔出.

Boron powder was introduced into the carbon fiber reinforced ceramic matrix composites as active filler to compensate the volume shrinkage in the polymer pyrolysis process by the volume expansion accompanied with the in situ reaction between boron and pyrolysis product and/or protective atmosphere. XRD and EPMA were used to characterize the composition and microstructures of the composite. h-BN was formed and composites showed non-brittle fracture behavior.
